Welcome Pedro Gatón Pérez

Pedro will combine field measurements of size-resolved sand-particle counts and wind speed at a high temporal resolution with numerical modeling to better understand the link between coherent turbulence structures and saltation sediment transport.  Pedro currently studies Turbulence in Lille, France, and is joining KIT for an internship of 5 months.

We wish Pedro a good start and an enjoyable time at IMK-TRO.
