Reporting Building Incidents at CS

A description on how to report building related incidents (e.g. lights, heating, doors, windows, sanitary facilities,...) is described here.

In case of an urgent incident you can call them, otherwise there is a web formular, to set up a ticket specifying the incident.


Booking the Library at CS

  1. In your KIT Outlook choose the Calendar (works on web client).
  2. Click on "New"
  3. Select date and time and name of event (optional)
  4. Under "People" add lib-13.16-cs@imk-tro.kit.edu and send the calendar appointment,

if the library is free during this time you will get an email saying your request was accepted.
